Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream. Yet, in many underserved communities, countless children remain outside the formal education system, unable to access even the most basic reading and numeracy skills. Established under the vision of Education for All and aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), Manthan Shala was created to bridge this gap.
The initiative works with children from marginalised communities who have never attended school or have had limited access to education. Through foundational literacy, numeracy, life skills, and interactive learning, Manthan Shala prepares children not just for classrooms, but for life itself.
At the heart of this effort is Anjali Didi, a dedicated volunteer whose warmth, patience, and commitment have made Manthan Shala a second home for many children. Every day, she brings learning to life through stories, activities, and encouragement. To the children, she is more than a teacher—she is a mentor, a guide, and a source of hope. Her time, energy, and unwavering belief in every child remind us that meaningful change often begins with one person choosing to care.
Through Manthan Shala, we are not only teaching children to read and count—we are helping them build confidence, discover their potential, and take their first steps towards a brighter future.
